Mochakk Opens OBLIQO

Brazilian DJ Mochakk, real name Pedro Maia, has launched OBLIQO, a new club in his hometown of Sorocaba. Located in Parque Campolim, OBLIQO aims to celebrate and inspire the electronic music community. The venue debuted on 6th September with a launch party for Mochakk’s latest EP, 'Locomotiva Ibiza 2099 - Part II', on Circoloco Records.

Featuring a state-of-the-art sound system by 4VIAS Professional Audio, OBLIQO also features an immersive gallery space that highlights the history and evolution of electronic music in Brazil and worldwide. The exhibits will rotate, showcasing posters, album covers, and stories curated by DJs, journalists, and other industry insiders.

Beyond the beats and bass, OBLIQO will host workshops led by seasoned music industry veterans, aiming to bridge the gap between artists and the public while fostering a deeper understanding of the music scene, connecting artists with the public.

Upcoming weekend, the festivities continue with a performance by VHOOR.
